Equestrian Zone relies heavily on donations and in-kind support from the community. The generosity of the Russellville and surrounding communities that have given so generously is greatly appreciated. This page is dedicated to those that have given in-kind support and indicates what level DONOR CLUB they have achieved. If you would like to give to Equestrian Zone in any way, please use the contact page for any support.

What level DONOR CLUB do you want to be? This list describes what your donation will provide and what you can receive for your kindness.

a "GREEN APPLE" for $10-$49.00 :

  • Buy a bag of feed that will feed one horse for 12 days.
  • Worm one horse one time (horses have to be wormed every other month).
  • Buy 2 bales of hay, which will feed one horse for a week.
  • Purchase leather cleaner, which will extend the life of our saddles and reins.

a "BRASS BUCKLE" for $50-$99.00 :

  • Pay for shoes for one horse one time (horses have to be shoed every 7-8 weeks).
  • Purchase a helmet for a rider.
  • Buy one set of reins.
  • Buy a halter and lead rope for one horse.
  • Buy a set of leathers to hold stirrups on saddle.

a "STIRRUP" for $100-$499.00 :

    Sponsors will receive a commemorative keepsake

  • Pay for annual shots for one horse.
  • Pay for dental work for one horse annually.
  • Pay for water to the horses and barns for one month.
  • Pay for one rider to attend weekly classes for one month.
  • Buy a clipper to trim the horse's mane.

a "SILVER SPUR" for $500-$999.00 :

    Sponsors will receive a commemorative keepsake, acknowledgement in our quarterly newsletter and with future fundraising over the next year

  • Send one horse to training for one month.
  • Pay one month's utility bills (electricity and water).
  • Cover salary expense for person to maintain safe pastures and arena, plus feed horses twice daily for one pay period.

a "GOLD MEDAL" for $1000-$2499.00 :

    Sponsors will receive a commemorative keepsake, name engraved on a plaque at our facility, and acknowledgements in all mail-outs and future fundraising for the next year.

  • Buy an adaptive saddle for the riders.
  • Provide an appreciation/recognition event for volunteers who give so much time and talent to the program.
  • Provide gravel and sand to make the arena easier on the horses and safer for the riders.
  • Buy a computer for the office to imprive office efficiency.
  • Buy a projector to be able to share the joy of the faces we serve when asking for donation of time and/or money.

a "TROPHY SADDLE" for $2500-$9999.00 :

    Sponsor will receive a commemorative keepsake, name engraved on a plaque at our facility, and acknowledgements in all mail-outs and future fundraising for the next 2 years.

  • Cover the feed, vaccinations, and routine maintenance of one horse for one year (Adopt a horse).
  • Send one instructor to a six week school to become a NARHA certified Advanced Riding Instructor.
  • Pay one month's insurance (workman's comp, liability, BOD).
  • Provide an instructor for one month.
  • Purchase hay for 6 months.

a "HORSE ANGEL" for $10,000-$49,999.00 :

    Sponsors will receive a commemorative keepsake, name engraved on a plaque at our facility and acknowledgements in all mail-outs and future fundraising for the next 5 years.

  • Provide toward a covering for the arena so that riders can still participate in inclement weather.
  • Contribute to the building fund for expansion in purchasing more land in order to serve more clients.
  • Contribute to the fencing of more land to expand our pasture for therapy horses.
  • Support community awareness programs and training for workshops on disabilities and equine-assisted activities.

a "HOPE BUILDER" for $50,000 or more:

    Sponsors will have the ability to name one of our buildings, receive a commemorative keepsake, name engraved on a plaque at our facility, and life-time member acknowledgements in all mail-outs and future fundraising.

  • Provide for adaptive riding equipment and environmental modifications to promote independence in our participants.
  • Provide a covering for the arena so that riders can participate year round.
